The media files on Creanator.com are all produced by us. We have spent thousands of hours creating illustrations, photographs, etc. We probably put more hours into trying to understand equipment and software than the time we are shooting photos and recording audio and video. But we still love what we do.
However, we need to impose certain basic conditions on you who download our media files. You probably understand why.
In short, the conditions mean that you may not offer any of our files for distribution free of charge or for a fee. However, you may use the files as backgrounds on your website or on a client’s website. You can also change our files as much as you want.

Creanator.com grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use our photos, audio files or media for creative use in accordance with the Terms of use (the “license”).
a) Permitted Usage
You are permitted to use our media files (“the files”) to design and create as many projects as necessary, including those you are creating for your clients.
You are permitted to make whatever modifications are necessary to the files to make them fit your requirements. However, they will still be subject to this license regardless of the extent of the modification.
b) Limitations
You may not place any of the files, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website, or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license. To be clear it is not allowed to upload the files, modified or unmodified, to platforms like Zazzle, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.
c) Disclaimer
The creators of Creanator.com are not liable in any way for damages or litigation that may arise when using or downloading content contained on all pages related to Creanator.com. The users acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility when using and viewing this site. Please use your own legal discretion and resources concerning any liability issues.
